Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create high-quality user experiences across product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for product features and workflows, from discovery to shipped outcomes
• Design experiences that manage operational complexity and cater to various user personas
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to clarify problems and deliver high-quality work quickly

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of product design experience, including shipping significant product work
• Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy products, preferably in fintech, healthcare, or similar fields
• Strong interaction and systems thinking skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity and iterate toward effective solutions
• Proven collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams
