Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to enhance member-facing experiences and drive AI-native design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end member experiences across complex, cross-functional initiatives, making strategic decisions about scope and tradeoffs
• Define AI behavior in women's and family health contexts, ensuring effective communication and trust-building with members
• Build high-fidelity prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools and develop scalable AI-powered design patterns

Required Qualifications

• Strong AI fluency and experience using AI tools daily
• Ability to create working prototypes using AI-assisted coding tools
• Experience shipping code to production and discussing backend architecture
• Proven track record of driving complex projects across multiple teams
• Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web
