Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Contract) to shape user experience on an AI-powered civic tech platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end design for features on the Win product, from concept to post-launch iteration
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define problems and produce production-ready specifications
• Maintain and extend the Figma-based design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency in design patterns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft and systems thinking
• Experience in architecting scalable design systems and optimizing team velocity
• Ability to influence product direction through design-driven insights and quantitative data
• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows to enhance output
• Ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative environments
