Job Summary

• Lead research initiatives, developing user personas and journey maps to drive design decisions based on insights

Required Qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing design work for SaaS platforms or data-heavy applications
• Proven experience across all design phases: user research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and usability testing
• Strong curiosity about technology and ability to work alongside developers
• Experience with AI-assisted design workflows
• Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts or cloud cost optimization workflows (nice to have)
