Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer who will own the end-to-end user experience of its Digital Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the platform design system, ensuring a unified user experience across tools
• Design end-to-end user experiences and translate product requirements into interaction designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design consistency

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex workflow tools or enterprise software
• Experience defining and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma or similar
• Experience in AEC, engineering, construction, or field-based industries is a strong advantage
