Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, School Organization Dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the user experience and information architecture of the School Organization Dashboard, including managing the design system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and address accessibility issues
• Lead the long-term vision and prototyping of AI-driven solutions to enhance the dashboard's functionality

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience in product design with a focus on complex information architecture and B2B/Enterprise workflows
• Proven experience in maintaining and evolving design systems
• Strong user research skills, including leading discovery and translating insights into design changes
• Direct experience with AI tools for design and prototyping
• Deep understanding of WCAG standards and experience in addressing accessibility issues
