Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer (Systems) to enhance their design standards and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the design system and UX standards
• Conduct research to identify user experience gaps and propose improvements
• Coach PMs and collaborate with engineering to ensure design standards are adopted effectively

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with a focus on systems thinking
• Proven experience in setting design standards and enabling cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with AI-assisted design tools
• Strong product instincts with the ability to learn complex workflows
• Preferred experience in B2B SaaS and ad tech
