Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join their design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own discovery and design on ambiguous problems from early framing to delivery and QA
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to transform fuzzy problems into well-reasoned, shippable solutions
• Engage in implementation across various surfaces, treating feedback as an integral part of the design process

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership of complex work
• Experience with technically sophisticated B2B or infrastructure products
• Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both engineers and stakeholders
• Proficient in managing workload and shifting priorities independently
• Experience working in distributed and asynchronous environments
