Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer and Builder.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full design loop, including sketches, prototypes, and high-fidelity flows
• Lead continuous discovery through ongoing user research and testing
• Shape the product roadmap using evidence-based conclusions to advocate for user needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in fintech or complex B2B SaaS
• A builder mindset with a track record of shipping products beyond design files
• Demonstrated ability to conduct rapid user testing and translate findings into product decisions
• Comfortable experimenting with emerging AI tools for research and prototyping
• Experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
