Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer II to lead design for their next-generation AI platform and operational products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for the AI platform and adjacent operational products from concept to launch
• Design AI-native product experiences including conversational interfaces and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Partner with product managers and engineers to create user experiences that balance automation and trust

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and measurable business impact
• Experience designing AI-powered products and understanding human-AI interaction principles
• Strong interaction design skills for complex workflow software in operational domains
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma
