Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer, Gamification to lead the evolution of gamification across its ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of gamification experiences and engagement systems across the platform
• Create progression systems and design engagement loops to enhance user retention and daily usage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment, measure, and iterate on engagement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing gamification systems and engagement loops
• 5+ years of product design experience in SaaS, fintech, gaming, or consumer tech
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX/UI execution
• Expertise with Figma and modern product design workflows
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product environments
