Job Summary

Senior Product Designer, a full-time remote position responsible for leading the design of complex audit workflows, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, and driving design execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for complex audit workflows, from problem definition to shipped solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape strategy and influence roadmaps
• Translate customer needs and research insights into user journeys and polished UI

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-assisted workflows
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving environments with minimal direction
• Strong product judgment and ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Experience in workflow-heavy, document-centric, or B2B SaaS products
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
