Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Senior Product Designer, a full-time remote position for a long-term contract, responsible for applying design thinking to complex education ecosystems, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply design thinking to develop intuitive, scalable solutions for complex education systems
• Conduct research and facilitate workshops to align teams and uncover design opportunities
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and ensure consistency through design systems

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing systems-oriented design work
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Miro and Dovetail
• Experience with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams and a user advocacy mindset
