Job Summary

Senior Product Designer, responsible for crafting seamless mobile B2C commerce experiences in a full-time remote role, focusing on loyalty and member experiences while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for mobile native apps and mobile web, focusing on loyalty and member experiences
• Design and iterate end-to-end product flows for loyalty, ticketing, checkout, and concessions
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams from concept through production

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of product design experience in B2C mobile e-commerce or consumer commerce products
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end mobile product design and measurable outcomes
• Experience designing consumer shopping journeys, including loyalty and purchase flows
• Proficient in Figma and design systems, components, and documentation
• Ability to work normal Eastern Time business hours in a remote US-based role
