Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Senior Product Designer is a full-time remote position focused on enhancing the trial and activation experience for developers, utilizing data-driven insights to improve user engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Design the trial and activation experience from signup through SDK integration and conversion to a paid plan
• Utilize customer insights and product analytics to run experiments and trace structural causes of drop-offs
• Contribute to roadmap decisions and participate in UX critiques to refine design strategies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing digital products with a focus on activation, conversion, or retention
• Experience in growth design for B2B software, particularly in developer or technical product contexts
• Proven ability to run design experiments and analyze funnel data and activation metrics
• Familiarity with developer experience, including SDK setup and API management
• Strong presentation skills and ability to provide and receive specific feedback during critiques
