Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving the design culture and strategy, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will lead the end-to-end design process, create design systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver user-centric solutions that enhance business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, ensuring high-quality standards across all touchpoints
• Create and maintain design systems and workflows to support rapid execution and consistency
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to align on goals and deliver impactful user experiences

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading product design efforts in fast-paced startups
• Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma and Notion
• Strong ability to develop scalable design systems aligned with cross-functional objectives
• Exceptional collaboration skills with diverse teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering
• Demonstrated ownership of complex design problems and ability to adapt to changing priorities
