Job Summary

Bringing exceptional craft and judgment to customer experiences, the full-time Senior Product Designer will execute a defined design direction, make trade-off decisions, and adapt designs based on customer insights while working remotely across multiple product and engineering squads.

Key responsibilities

• Execute design direction with precision, enhancing features from functional to delightful
• Make confident trade-off decisions balancing design ideals, product needs, and technical constraints
• Own the end-to-end design of features and flows, adapting based on customer research and feedback

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably with B2B SaaS or complex products
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual judgment and attention to detail
• Experience using AI tools in the design process for research, ideation, and prototyping
• Proven ability to thrive as a solo designer in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in customer research and product data analysis
