Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the design of new acquisition and growth products, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will transform ambiguous challenges into clear, shippable mobile experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Shape new growth levers and foundational features that drive acquisition and engagement through full-lifecycle product design
• Frame problems and inform product direction using strategic discovery and AI prototyping
• Communicate design decisions effectively and ensure alignment with user needs, business goals, and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience in fintech or scaled consumer products
• Strong experience in taking products or major features from idea to launch
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking and strong craft
• Deep expertise in mobile-first design and fluency in Figma
• Experience designing financial products with ongoing member relationships is a bonus
