Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading end-to-end UX and product design for both student-facing and university-facing platforms, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive experiences and drive design strategy across mobile and web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Own design strategy and execution for student and university-facing products across mobile and web
• Lead design on new products, focusing on greenfield projects in active development
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and champion a user-centric mindset

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in mobile-first consumer apps and complex B2B tools
• Proven experience designing products from concept to execution in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently as a solo designer and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to simplify complex workflows through intuitive UX
• Experience collaborating across departments and presenting design decisions to diverse stakeholders
