Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leveraging design thinking methodologies, the full-time Senior Product Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize design thinking to address complex challenges and align innovative solutions with business objectives
• Conduct and analyze UX research to understand user needs and behaviors
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to brainstorm and develop creative solutions

Required qualifications

• Over 6 years of UX/UI experience with a solid portfolio showcasing design processes and results
• Advanced proficiency in Figma as a design and prototyping tool
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex design challenges
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
