Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning complex, multi-sided design problems end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Designer II will work remotely to shape the Professionals platform, conducting research, influencing product roadmaps, and designing for both advisors and their clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify and define design problems before initiating design work
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to prioritize user needs and influence the product roadmap
• Design and implement sophisticated visual elements while balancing the perspectives of multiple user types

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing visual craft and design thinking
• Proven history of designing B2B or platform products for diverse user types
• Experience working with AI tools integrated into the design workflow
• Fluency in Figma and experience contributing to or owning a design system
• Background in high-growth startups or regulated consumer products, particularly in fintech
