Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning design for critical operational areas, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will lead end-to-end design processes, drive measurable outcomes, and elevate design standards while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Own design domains from discovery through to shipping and measuring impact
• Drive measurable outcomes related to user onboarding, task efficiency, and feature adoption
• Shape the product roadmap by identifying problems and contributing to design standards

Required qualifications

• Experience designing complex operational software in workflow-heavy environments
• Strong end-to-end ownership of design processes from discovery to product launch
• Customer-driven instincts with a focus on user feedback integration
• Ability to simplify complex solutions while maintaining usability
• Proficiency in using AI tools within the design workflow
