Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contracted basis, the Senior Product Designer will manage end-to-end design execution across key product areas, focusing on creating intuitive digital experiences for web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design process from early-stage innovation to optimizing existing products, ensuring user needs and business goals are met
• Apply human-centered design methods, including research synthesis and prototyping, to solve complex user problems and enhance user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver insights-led wireframes and prototypes, while maintaining high standards of usability and clarity

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product development or experience design, particularly for web and mobile applications
• Strong background in design research, UX, interaction, and visual design, with expertise in one or two of these areas
• Experience with AI tools to improve design workflows and prototyping processes
• Demonstrated ability to lead design workshops and reviews, mentoring junior team members
• Familiarity with building and maintaining design systems for responsive web and mobile applications
