Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Joining a small, high-impact design team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to create intuitive financial experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define problems and explore user-focused solutions in collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership teams
• Own the complete design process from discovery and flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff, ensuring quality and usability
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability across the platform

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech or trading
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team with minimal supervision
• Experience collaborating with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Proven ability to design for both web and mobile platforms
