Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

As a hands-on and innovative contributor, the full-time Senior Product Designer will shape the product experience across web and mobile platforms, driving user-focused outcomes while working remotely in the CET timezone.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to define problems and explore user-focused solutions
• Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring consistency and usability across all touchpoints
• Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and contribute to the evolution of the design system

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech or trading
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team with high ownership
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Proven ability to design for both web and mobile platforms
