Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

As a hands-on member of a small, high-impact design team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely within the CET timezone to shape the product experience across web and mobile platforms, focusing on product thinking, end-to-end design, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to define problems and drive user-focused outcomes
• Own the full design process from discovery to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff, ensuring consistency and usability
• Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and contribute to the evolution of the design system

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech or data-heavy platforms
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team with minimal supervision
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Proven ability to design for both web and mobile platforms
