Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

As a hands-on member of a small, high-impact design team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will work remotely, focusing on defining product problems, driving user-focused outcomes, and owning the end-to-end design process for web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership to define design problems and explore user-centered solutions
• Own the full design process from discovery through high-fidelity UI and developer handoff, ensuring consistency and usability
• Design intuitive experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and contribute to the evolution of the design system

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech or data-heavy platforms
• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Proven ability to work autonomously in a small team with high ownership
• Experience collaborating closely with developers and understanding technical constraints
• Ability to design for both web and mobile platforms, with a focus on interaction design and usability
