Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences in the fintech space.

Key responsibilities

• Define problems and explore solutions through product thinking, driving user-focused outcomes
• Manage the full design process from discovery to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff, ensuring consistency and quality
• Contribute to and evolve the design system while collaborating in an agile environment to deliver high-quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech or trading
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Strong ability to collaborate with developers and understand technical constraints
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Autonomous work ethic with a proactive approach to product and design improvements
