Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for web and mobile platforms, collaborating with product and engineering teams to create intuitive user experiences and contribute to the design system.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product direction by defining problems and exploring user-focused solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Manage the full design process, ensuring consistency and quality across all user touchpoints
• Design scalable experiences that simplify complex financial workflows and enhance accessibility for users

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in designing complex digital products, preferably in fintech or data-heavy platforms
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with evolving design systems
• Ability to work autonomously within a small team and collaborate closely with developers
• Strong product thinking skills, with a focus on problem-solving beyond just screen design
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms, with a keen eye for detail and usability
