Job Summary

To design core experiences for restaurant partners and internal teams, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers, focusing on creating practical solutions that meet customer needs while balancing business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance onboarding, reporting, security, and API tools for restaurant partners
• Conduct user research with restaurant owners and staff to inform actionable design directions
• Champion product concepts that align customer needs with critical business objectives

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design
• Proven experience in designing B2B experiences and complex workflows
• Experience leading user research initiatives and facilitating workshops
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Ability to manage time effectively and self-direct to meet commitments
