Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Senior Product Designer for a remote, contract position, this role will lead end-to-end design for innovative auto lending products, translating complex workflows into user-friendly experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for multiple auto lending products, creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes using Figma
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and identify friction points
• Maintain a scalable design system and facilitate design critiques to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products in complex or regulated environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and design execution
• Proficiency with Figma and experience with usability testing platforms
• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance design quality and efficiency
