Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end UI/UX of the patient experience across web and mobile, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will design high-conversion flows, manage the design system, and lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Design the entire UX for patient interactions including intake, checkout, onboarding, and subscription management
• Optimize high-conversion flow designs and conduct A/B testing to improve metrics such as conversion rate and refill rate
• Build and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring precision in design-to-engineering handoffs

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing interaction design and visual UI flows
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping
• Proven experience in designing high-conversion direct-to-consumer flows with measurable outcomes
• Experience in building or owning a design system
• Depth of knowledge in WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards and data fluency for interpreting design metrics
