Job Summary

Driving design and execution for strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will lead large projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage directly with customers to deliver impactful design solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety.

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a focus on UX/UI for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing design craft and ability to solve user problems with quantified impact
• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make) to enhance workflows and prototype efficiently
• Proven track record of strategic influence and successfully shipping impactful designs
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments
