Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning product areas end-to-end, the full-time Senior Product Designer will manage design problems from initial concepts through to final specifications in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own product areas by framing problems, creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes
• Build and maintain a scalable design system as the product evolves
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the build process

Required qualifications

• Proven experience with end-to-end ownership of design projects
• Strong systems thinking demonstrated through design systems or component libraries
• Ability to lead Design Reviews and articulate complex UX concepts effectively
• Experience in startup environments, creating structure from scratch
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools that enhance speed or quality
