Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the remote Senior Product Designer will own the full design arc from discovery to validated prototypes, focusing on creating interactive experiences that improve clinical workflows and product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end journey design, delivering high-fidelity prototypes and evolving the design system across various platforms
• Utilize AI for ideation, layout exploration, and prototyping while ensuring quality and feasibility of outputs
• Facilitate cross-functional design sprints and influence product decisions through effective storytelling and collaboration

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience in healthcare, enterprise SaaS, or regulated domains
• Strong portfolio showcasing interactive prototypes and systems thinking
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and AI-assisted design tools
• Experience integrating AI into design workflows beyond basic applications
• Proven facilitation and storytelling skills for presenting to leadership and influencing teams
