Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving high-impact design initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will manage ambiguous problem spaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create user-friendly workflows that leverage automation and AI to enhance healthcare operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to clarify customer problems and define solutions
• Design end-to-end workflows for healthcare operations, ensuring usability and trust in automated systems
• Stay involved during production to ensure the final product aligns with design intentions and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS, workflow products, or healthcare operations
• A portfolio demonstrating strong product judgment and successful design outcomes
• Expertise in information architecture, interaction design, and usability
• Ability to connect design work to customer and business outcomes
• Technical fluency to understand workflow logic and automation constraints
