Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Responsible for enhancing supplier integrations and booking processes, the full-time remote Senior Product Designer will streamline workflows for travel advisors, enabling them to focus on delivering exceptional travel experiences while addressing UX challenges and expanding into new supplier categories.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of browse, quote, and book functionalities as new supplier categories are introduced
• Diagnose and resolve UX issues that hinder advisor adoption of integrations to increase booking volume
• Collaborate with advisors to incorporate their workflows into the product and work closely with PMs and engineers on technical feasibility

Required qualifications

• Experience in product design on complex surfaces, having shipped meaningful products end-to-end in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to navigate UX, technical, and business trade-offs while designing within constraints
• Strong product instincts with a focus on velocity, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of outcomes
• Interest in AI-enabled workflows and a willingness to experiment with new design tools
