Job Summary

Driving design and execution for strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Product Designer will deliver end-to-end experiences that enhance customer operations across various industries while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, ambiguous projects and ship high-impact designs that provide significant customer and business value
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams on strategy, planning, and execution
• Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and validate design solutions

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience with a focus on UX/UI for web and mobile applications
• Strong portfolio showcasing design craft and user problem-solving with quantified impact
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Figma Make) to enhance workflows and prototype efficiently
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategy and deliver impactful design solutions
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environments
