Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Focused on creating industry-leading user experiences, the full-time Senior Product Designer will collaborate with teams to design user-centered products, develop prototypes, and mentor peers, with the flexibility to work remotely or in Boston, MA.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to create user-centered product designs and workflows
• Develop low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design intent and user journeys
• Provide mentorship and feedback to other product designers while influencing product vision

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise in a relevant field such as User Experience or Interaction Design
• 5 years of experience designing solutions for software, web applications, or mobile apps
• 3 years of experience using industry-standard design and prototyping tools, such as Figma
• Demonstrated experience in influencing stakeholders and applying the design decision-making process
• Foundational understanding of common design heuristics and principles
