Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Designer on a full-time contract basis, the role involves managing the entire product design process from discovery to launch, collaborating closely with clients and engineering teams while integrating AI into design practices.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full arc of product design, including UX/UI design, interactive prototyping, and research
• Facilitate discovery workshops and alignment sessions, ensuring client and user feedback is integrated into the design process
• Oversee design quality assurance to ensure launched products reflect the intended craft and functionality

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience with a proven track record of launching products
• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating design thinking to diverse stakeholders
• Experience with design systems and integrating AI into design workflows
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in both design and business contexts
• Self-direction and ownership in managing work scope and outcomes
