Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced in navigating complex design challenges, the full-time contracted Senior Product Designer will manage the entire product design process from discovery to launch, working remotely with clients to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops and alignment sessions while facilitating client and user feedback
• Own design across the engagement lifecycle, including UX/UI design, interactive prototyping, and design systems
• Ensure design quality assurance and that shipped products reflect the intended craft and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience with a track record of launching real products
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate design thinking effectively
• Self-directed with the ability to scope and manage work independently
• Experience with design systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity in design and business contexts
• Proficiency in integrating AI into design practices
