Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Combining solid design instincts with data-driven optimization, the full-time Senior Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process to enhance user experiences for individuals seeking ADHD support, working remotely and utilizing modern AI tools for rapid prototyping and experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across growth surfaces, from research and ideation to high-fidelity implementation and continuous optimization
• Design and optimize key growth surfaces, including funnels, onboarding, engagement, and retention across web and app platforms
• Develop and validate design hypotheses through A/B testing and user research to inform design decisions and uncover opportunities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of B2C product design experience with proven impact on business metrics
• Strong skills in conversion design, AI integration, compelling UX storytelling, or experimentation
• Hands-on growth experience in areas such as CRO, onboarding, activation, or retention
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Codex) in the design workflow
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and measurable outcomes
