Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Designer on a contracted basis, the role involves running the full arc of product design from discovery to launch, working directly with clients to navigate ambiguity and deliver impactful solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire product design lifecycle, including UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, and design systems work
• Facilitate discovery workshops and alignment sessions while collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Ensure design quality and alignment with client expectations throughout the product launch process

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience with a proven track record of launching products
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design thinking
• Experience with design systems thinking and integrating AI into design workflows
• Self-directed with the ability to manage work scope and navigate ambiguity effectively
• Proficiency in UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, user research, and data visualization
