Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Designer on a contract basis, the candidate will manage the full arc of product design, collaborating directly with clients from discovery through launch, while working remotely in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops and alignment sessions to facilitate client feedback and drive product outcomes
• Own design across the engagement lifecycle, including UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, and design systems work
• Ensure design quality assurance and that shipped products reflect the intended craft and functionality

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant design experience with a track record of launching real products
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and engage effectively with stakeholders
• Experience with design systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity in both design and business contexts
• Proficiency in UX and UI design, interactive prototyping, user research, and data visualization
• Experience integrating AI into design practices and a proactive approach to learning and adaptation
