Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Product Designer will shape product direction, own design work from exploration to production, and design scalable experiences across the customer journey in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape product direction by partnering closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams
• Own design work end-to-end, from early exploration and prototyping through to production
• Design thoughtful, scalable experiences, including AI-powered features, and contribute to design systems and quality standards

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong product and visual design fundamentals with a keen eye for detail
• Experience collaborating with engineers and prototyping ideas in code
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and progress in a fast-moving environment
• Genuine care for users, craft, and real-world impact
