Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Leading design initiatives for mobile commerce experiences, the full-time Senior Product Designer will craft seamless B2C digital interactions, focusing on ticketing, concessions, and loyalty, while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design for high-impact mobile native apps and web initiatives, emphasizing mobile commerce and member experiences
• Design and iterate end-to-end product flows for discovery, ticketing, checkout, and loyalty, integrating digital and in-theater experiences
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams from concept through production, contributing to the Design Language System in Figma

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product design experience in B2C mobile e-commerce or consumer commerce products
• A strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first product design and measurable outcomes
• Hands-on experience designing end-to-end consumer shopping journeys, including ticketing and loyalty flows
• Strong Figma experience, with contributions to design systems and documentation
• Ability to work normal Eastern Time business hours in a remote role
