Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

To enhance user experiences in youth sports, the full-time Senior Product Designer will design intuitive interfaces, conduct user research, and collaborate with product and engineering teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design high-impact user experiences across platforms, informed by market trends and user feedback
• Conduct user research to define product requirements and guide the design ideation process using sketches and prototypes
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to refine designs and iterate based on stakeholder feedback

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer or in a similar role
• Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent
• Experience in web and app development, with a preference for both B2B and B2C software
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong online portfolio showcasing unique UX solutions and success metrics
