Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning complex, cross-functional projects, the full-time Senior Product Designer will define problem spaces, design end-to-end workflows across web and mobile, and contribute to a design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery efforts to clarify problems, define scope, and set measurable outcomes
• Design and prototype user flows, ensuring high-quality implementation in collaboration with engineering
• Contribute to the design system by building scalable patterns and documenting design rationale

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in product design or equivalent depth
• Proficiency in Figma and Claude Code workflows
• Experience leading complex product design projects from discovery through launch
• Strong background in user research and product judgment
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt to shifting priorities
