Job Summary

Joining a new AI team, the remote Senior Product Designer will shape and ship innovative AI-powered experiences, collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance user interactions across Lattice's product suite.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prototype AI-driven user experiences that align with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure cohesive and scalable AI interactions
• Iterate on design solutions based on user feedback and emerging AI trends, ensuring high-quality execution

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of product design experience, specifically with AI-powered experiences
• Proven ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments and drive projects from concept to completion
• Experience designing for non-deterministic systems and understanding AI output quality
• Strong grasp of front-end implementation and collaboration with engineering teams
• Portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate AI design skills beyond traditional interfaces
