Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Focusing on enhancing collaboration workflows, the full-time Senior Product Designer will leverage AI to conduct user research, create high-fidelity prototypes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize AI for customer research and generate insights to inform UX design
• Prototype interactions and automate design handoffs to engineering using tools like Figma and Claude Code
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback to improve collaboration experiences

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product design, particularly in collaboration or communication products
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful design and launch of impactful collaboration experiences
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Origami
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor for design processes
